#16: Relying on Processed Meals Every Day
Processed meals can be convenient, especially when cooking feels tiring or when shopping for one or two people. But many frozen dinners, packaged snacks, and ready-made foods are high in salt, sugar, or unhealthy fats. Over time, relying on them daily can leave the body undernourished despite eating enough.

A better approach is to keep convenience, but upgrade it. Add a salad, frozen vegetables, canned beans, rotisserie chicken, eggs, or plain yogurt to simple meals. Cooking from scratch every day is not realistic for everyone. The goal is just to make easy food a little more balanced.
