#28: Skipping Dental Care
Dental care can be easy to delay, especially if there is no major pain. But small mouth problems can grow quietly. Gum issues, loose teeth, dry mouth, infections, and trouble chewing can affect comfort, nutrition, and confidence. Ignoring dental visits may turn a manageable issue into a bigger one.

A better plan is to keep regular cleanings and speak up about changes like bleeding gums, tooth pain, mouth sores, or dentures that no longer fit well. Daily brushing, flossing, and hydration also matter. Good dental care is not vanity. It is part of staying healthy and eating comfortably.
