#46: Staying Up Late Every Night
Sleep can change with age, and many people find themselves watching TV, scrolling, or doing chores later than they planned. But staying up late every night can throw off the body’s rhythm. Poor sleep may affect energy, mood, focus, balance, and even the motivation to stay active.

A better habit is to create a calmer evening routine that helps the body wind down. Keep bedtime and wake time fairly consistent, limit late caffeine, and make the bedroom comfortable and dark. The goal is not perfect sleep every night. It is giving yourself the best chance to rest well.
